One of the biggest advantages was that they delivered and collected the car directly at our hotel, which was extremely convenient and saved us a lot of time and hassle. The car we originally booked was no longer available, but we received a complimentary upgrade instead, which was a fantastic surprise and much appreciated. The owner was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always reachable whenever we had questions. He was even happy to help with things unrelated to the car, such as giving advice about the island and recommending places to visit! The value for money was outstanding. In addition, we were not required to pay a security deposit because the refund process would have taken about a month, and they did not want us to have to deal with that inconvenience. That level of customer care is rare and was greatly appreciated. Another thing that stood out was the transparency and professionalism. Before handing over the vehicle, he carefully showed us all existing damage and recorded a video together with us to document the car’s condition. This ensured there would be no misunderstandings or disputes afterwards, which gave us great peace of mind. Overall, this is a truly outstanding company that goes above and beyond for its customers. Great service from the team. As soon as we texted them on WhatsApp they replied with the offers available. We rented a car for 6 days and so we had plenty of time to travel all over the island with a small car which was easy to drive and park. We also had the car delivered and dropped off at our hotel in Bel Ombre at our desired time. We had no issues with the car, it came clean and we had unlimited mileage so we could travel as much as we needed with no worries about the distance. There are plenty of cars to choose from if you fancy something bigger too. Definitely recommend Sunkave Car Rental Mauritius.
