 Verified car rental We had an excellent experience renting a car from this company during our holiday. Everything was arranged incredibly easily and professionally from start to finish. One of the biggest advantages was that they delivered and collected the car directly at our hotel, which was extremely convenient and saved us a lot of time and hassle. The car we originally booked was no longer available, but we received a complimentary upgrade instead, which was a fantastic surprise and much appreciated. The owner was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always reachable whenever we had questions. He was even happy to help with things unrelated to the car, such as giving advice about the island and recommending places to visit! The value for money was outstanding. In addition, we were not required to pay a security deposit because the refund process would have taken about a month, and they did not want us to have to deal with that inconvenience. That level of customer care is rare and was greatly appreciated. Another thing that stood out was the transparency and professionalism. Before handing over the vehicle, he carefully showed us all existing damage and recorded a video together with us to document the car’s condition. This ensured there would be no misunderstandings or disputes afterwards, which gave us great peace of mind. Overall, this is a truly outstanding company that goes above and beyond for its customers.  Verified Empfehlung Sehr zufrieden mit dem Mietwagen. Das Auto wurde an unser Ferienhaus geliefert , die sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat die Übergabe erledigt alles wurde dokumentiert.  Verified Absolut professionell und guter Service! Ich kann nur bestätigen was meine Vorschreiber mitteilten. Super pünktlich, absolut korrekt, Verlängerung war gar kein Problem, denn ich wollte zuerst für 3 Tage das Links fahren testen und den Verkehr hier. Ging alles sehr gut und hab ein Tag zuvor eine WhatsApp geschrieben für die Verlängerung. Kurzer Termin vereinbart bei der Ferienwohnung. Übrigens läuft die Kommunikation über WhatsApp rasch und zuverlässig. Alles wunderbar und professionell! Zu jeder Zeit wieder. Kann ich absolut weiter empfehlen.
